How do I return an item?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt of your goods. To raise a return, please submit a support ticket or contact us through live chat or via our Help Centre. Upon submitting a return request, you will receive an email to confirm your return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No — we’ll cover the full cost of return shipping or replacement.

What if I bought a bundle?

If your order included multiple items (e.g. a studio pack or bundle), you’ll need to return the full bundle — even if only one item is faulty.
